Please do not hire this company. Omg I had the most horrible experience with them. They are they most rude and ugly people I had to deal with, I am not lying. After I found out how bad the operator were I tried to cancel my account but instead the give me an invoice I need to pay before canceling or they will send me to collection. They gave me two reason why the calling services was so bad: 1- It was a very bad time (a perfect storm really) and definitely not a typical experience. Due to circumstances beyond our control the hold times were very long. We are humans here, not computers. Really? They are called the answering specialist??? Come on really! I hire them to answer my calls not to put people on hold for 8 minutes before the can get an answer. A second person on accounting gave me a different reason why the services was so bad: 2- The office manager has declined to refund your payment since you have not given us a chance to get comfortable with your new account. What a scam for real. I train the operator till they say they were good to go. How can they say this??? If they aren’t comfortable with the system, how can they Go ahead and take call? Why they don’t ask question on what is not clear? Really bad experience, happy at the end I actually discover how ******** their service are. After all instead is an apology they did this about $19 dollar bill that was charge after I pay more than $150 to get started and didn’t not receive one booking from them. Because thank God I call to test this company 2 day after I started forwarding the call to them,. Thank God. So They never booo a single appointment for me and they still sending m an invoice and also said this: “ The invoice is due and payable in full. We would appreciate prompt payment to avoid sending the account to collections” Do yourself a favor and save your self from so much stress with this people ugly people that only way want you money but the don’t deliver what they promise.

Excessive (5+mins) hold times some calls are put on hold multiple times calls are being dropped operators are not trained to answer even the most basic questions unable perform contracted tasks (such as scheduling or changing appointments management is slow to respond to concerns, sometimes does not respond at all
Description of Work: Answering Services was contracted in Feb 2016 to answer my phones (counseling/EAP office), forward messages and schedule appointments in a calendar they provided.
