This man came to my house selling alarm systems. He was pitching me a membership and while his technician started drilling into the walls. I tried to call to cancel and they kept being pushy saying what a great deal it was. I then had a visit from a police officer who wanted to discuss my alarm system and informed me that the company was not licensed to sell the systems in this state, as they are based out of Boise, ID. They showed up last week to update the signs and began taking all of the equipment out of the walls after canceling and left a big hole in my kitchen wall. Oscar Luna is the owner of the company and the one who sold me the system. They are very dirty and pushy. I have had to pay $40 for (2) false alarms in the past.

Member, I am very sorry that we were not able to meet your needs for security. I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you seem to have had. I do want to address a few concerns with your comments. *Zenith Security is licensed and bonded with the City of Wichita KS as their representative are as well. City Hall can confirm this information for anyone who wishes to get more information on this topic. For any of our security systems to be installed, the customer has to successfully complete a surgery verifying that they understand and agree to all the terms and conditions Zenith Security operates by. We pride ourselves on our customer service and in no way try to mislead our customers, as they are signing up for an ongoing agreement with us. It states, more than once in our agreements, that you are committing to a said term of 36/60 months for our service. This is part of the questions that you had to anser & confirm that you understood. We offer three days of in home trails for all of our customers. If anytime, in those three business days, after signing the agreements, a customer wishes to cancel, they are able to do so with no penalties what so ever. Our records show that you had our service for over 5 days when you called to cancel your service/agreement. At that time, you were offered a lower rate to accommodate your concern of money budgeting issues as long as you agreed to finish your contract terms. We did lower your rate and you continued with our security system for one full year after that. A little after a year of monitoring with Zenith, you called to cancel again. We advised you to keep the system in tact which would have avoided exposing any of the system parts or insulation. You declined that option and insisted that we remove the security system from your home. Another part of the surgery that you completed,question #9 on the Schedule of Protection, states: "If equipment is removed, I understand that I am responsible for all required repair to walls and/or frames. You circled YES to that survey question. Had you completed your contract terms of 36 months, that equipment would have been yours to own and would have remained in the house. Again, Member, I apologize for this situation, as there seems to have been some user errors resulting in you having False Alarm fines also. Zenith Security is not responsible for any false alarm fees that our customers might occur.
