Description of Work: Co-owner Sheldon came to our home to give us an estimate on gas insert. After discussion, he was forthright and indicated that radiant gas logs - which would be much less expensive than a gas insert - could/would fulfill our needs. At our request, he measured and developed estimates for both the radiant gas log option and a gas insert. He also got our pilot light lit and fired up the old gas logs/fireplace. He was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. We have yet to make a decision on what we will do given other expenses that have arisen. When we make a decision, we are pretty sure we will go with Wholesale Fireplaces.

 + -1 moreEdgar was here when he said he would be and as always, very friendly and professional. All was fine with the unit and it has been working great. We feel we can trust the staff at Wholesale Fireplaces to always do a top notch job and well worth the small fee charged for a call.
Description of Work: We allowed a friend to install our new gas fireplace last summer and subsequently had multiple problems with performance. We called Wholesale Fireplaces and they came to our rescue over and over. While they could not find the source of the problem, they quickly found a safe work around. We learned that there are some things that are worth paying the professionals for. This fall we had Edgar come out and do a complete cleaning and check up to make sure we start the season off right.
