Awesome! Investing in the tune-up a great tool in preventing any problems in your heating/ air conditioning system.

Brian from Western Heating arrived on time, first thing in the morning. In a very short time, he was able to pinpoint the problem. Our inducer motor had gone out. That motor is needed to turn the burners on. He discussed price and warranty with us. He was able to get the part quickly and had it installed in no time. We were happy and warm again. Brian is a warm and friendly guy, but also very professional; no hanging around to just shoot the breeze.

Brian McKinney and Dusty (?) were so nice, explaining my problem and they took time and effort to come up with a very creative solution to my complex problem. I trusted them to do a professional job and they came through with flying colors. I was so happy I hired Western Heating and Cooling for this job, and will continue to use this company for future HVAC services at home.

I love a company that is honest and has integrity, they were prompt getting here in an emergency and told my the part that needed to be replaced was under warranty, had already ordered the part. the technician mad sure my gas fire place was working until the repairs could me done tomorrow.

They were quick to respond, troubleshoot, offer solutions and then professionally and punctually got the work done. Their technicians were personable and very knowledgable. They took their time to make sure the job was done right, which we so appreciate.

When I called they said it would be 65 for service call. They came out and diagnosed problem, did not fix anything but charged me. $115. They said the 65 was only to drive there, then the service call was extra. Said they would need to replace water heater then quoted 2 times what other quotes were.

Rusty was very good. He made it to the home even though the roads were awful due to deep snow. The furnace is quite old but Rusty was able to service it replacing a part that was worn as well as the filters. I am very pleased.

Had Western come out and do Duct Cleaning and sealing after a remodel. Absolutely amazing professionals, both teams went above and beyond to not only clean up the mess from a previous company's attempt but went full geek in trying to chase down the last of the leaks. According to their measure got 80% improvement in airflow.. Awesome team, highly recommended for this service.

Brian got here when he said he would - he was professional, informative, and worked well with my older furnace which, of course, has some interesting uniquenesses. I had been concerned about the price but it was very fair and I feel I received very good value for my money.

The technician (Edwin) arrived promptly after calling me first - same day that I requested the service! He did an excellent job of diagnosing the water heater problem and helped me use my warranty to get the replacement part needed for the repair. Use of the warranty (which I didn't know about) saved me a large amount of money! Edwin next did a very thorough job of checking and cleaning my 22 year old gas furnace. I was happy to hear that the furnace is in good condition for now, and pleased that I signed up for the Western annual maintenance (Blue Ribbon) service.

The unit hadn't been serviced in many years and was filthy. The tech found a bad capacitor which he replaced, then cleaned and serviced the unit. It now looks brand new and works fantastic! We found him to be knowledgeable and helpful with questions we had about our A/C and heating.

The tech was here for an hour. He cleaned the coils out side checked the charge , checked the electrical system. He also cleaned, oiled fans, checked the dehumidifier,cleaned filters. He came inside and took the temperature at the vents.When he was satisfied that the system was up to standard, He had me sign with my finger and there were no charges.
