Description of Work: Service call and added 3/4 pound of freon. Had to devote a whole Friday waiting for them. They said to call on Thursday and get an approximate time. On Thursday still couldn't get an approximate time. They also said they would show up in the AM but they didn't get there till 530 pm.

Description of Work: They came out and put a new heating system. They flipped the switch on the air conditioner to where it was not working and then they came back to turn it back on as they forgot to do that. It turned out good. Everything turned out great.

Description of Work: The company representative first went to the furnace unit to check the filters, then went outside the garage to look at the air conditioning unit itself. When he returned to inside the garage he told me all they do for the coupon "is just look at it." No diagnostics at all.

Description of Work: Service person checked the heating system as it did not ignite - all the other safety things were in place. Tested the igniter switch then pulled it and showed me the burn out on the tool. He replaced it - reviewed and waited until everything worked as it should - all went well.
