Description of Work: This was a service call. Brian is one of the most professional, likable and honest people we have ever dealt with in the service industry. He has been to our home twice now and both times he was unusually kind, very informative and skilled, plus genuinely interested in a lasting relationship. We are older so we have had every possible service call scenario you can think up through the years. Brian brings a dignity and knowledge that is rare.

Description of Work: Our A/C capacitor went out on Sunday around 9:30p.m. I called Monday at 8am and they were able to work us into their schedule. Thank goodness because the forecast is for 100 degree temps all week! I will absolutely be calling this company for all my A/C & Heating and plumbing needs. Very honest and helpful staff and crew!

Description of Work: Western Heating put in a gas line into the kitchen for our new gas stove. They were prompt, professional, and responsive to our questions. Their bid was one of the lowest and they did a great job.

Description of Work: Our A/C blower motor burned out on a Friday night (naturally!). I called a bunch of different places, Western was the only one to call back on Friday night. He came out Saturday morning, checked the unit and found he didn't have a replacement motor until Monday. Bright and early, our serviceman called and was waiting for me to get home to begin the repairs. He took less than an hour, made sure everything was working, and even mailed us a receipt when his Ipad malfunctioned. My husband and I are delighted to A/C back as we go into the hottest part of summer, and we definitely will use Western again!!!

Description of Work: I have used Western Heating for 3 years now and they are excellent! This time I signed up for the duct cleaning service. I knew that this would be pricey, but I also knew that it would done right (no cut corners). There were a couple of businesses on Angie's list that were less expensive, but I had good experiences with Western, so I sent my business their way.
