Description of Work: they installed daikon units in each of my 8 apartments. They did a great job and I am pleased with the improvement in the bldg.

Description of Work: They zoned the house for heat & air conditioning so that there are separate thermostats for upstairs & downstairs. Now both areas are comfortable. Prior to this, one area was always too hot or too cold.

Description of Work: They would come out twice a year for inspection and servicing of our furnace and AC units.
