The installer did a good job, he was a little late showing up. The sales people work on commission. I was not impressed with my sales gal, had a lot of troulbe getting her to call back. However, everyone else in the shop was great. I would use them again making sure I just used a different sales rep.

As part of a "free estimate," a View Point technician measured some failed windows in my house. Later that day the salesman emailed the quote to me, estimating the labor time to "replace 7 windows and dispose of the old" to be 4 hours. I accepted the estimated quote and made the required 50% deposit by credit card. The day the new windows were installed the technician arrived at 9:15 am, and after doing ALL the work he left at 11:15 - 2 hours total labor time. The bill he left behind still showed 4 hours labor, so I phoned the sales person to authorize payment of the balance of the bill, and to dispute the labor charges that took half the estimated time of the quote. The sales person told me that the additional labor charges covered the time it took him (the sales person) to order the windows, and the time it took the technician to measure the windows for the "free estimate." He also said that their labor charge was $75 per hour, or any fraction of an hour. SO WHAT? The actual labor time to "remove and replace the windows" (as stated on the estimate), took two hours, and not a fraction of a minute more. The labor charge should have been $150, NOT $300. Nowhere on the bill did it state the labor included a charge for the "free estimate" or for the sales person's office time - nowhere. The sales person agreed to "knock of an hour of the labor time," I hung up the phone and immediately registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, then headed straight to Angie's List to write this review. This is highway robbery - N E V E R - A G A I N.
