+ -1 moreThey’re just really good. It’s a hospital and a clinic. It covers a lot of area and serves a lot of veterans. They provide really good services. The people there are very professional and very thorough. I have no complaints about the VA. The bedside manner is excellent. They have a very good communication.

Description of Work: Went to consult about determining what was causing an enlarged and not working kidney. The office and staff were cold -- as in freezing. The "procedure" that was preformed was competently done. The advice about next steps needed seemed inaccurate which was confirmed by my getting a second opinion. I have changed both my urologist and my nephrologist as a consequence of their patronizing manner and poor advice. Seemed more interested in fees for unnecessary or outdated service than honest patient care.

Description of Work: Dr. Lee is plesent and has a pretty good bedside manner. He, at times, seemed rushed and did not always explain everything in sufficient detail. I left the practice about six months agoi for the previous mentioned reasons, as well as,

Description of Work: I see them for most all of my medical care. Most recently, I went to see them for a surgery preparation.
