No problems, and happy that David the glass estimator explained the work and the weight of the glass that making it a dangerous project for DYI. As it turned out, the mirrors were extremely heavy and required 3 men to do work.

They accidentally ordered the wrong glass the first time around so the replacement was delayed. They were very quick to apologize for the delay and were as quick as could be to reschedule.

They worked with us until we had exactly what we wanted. The results are beyond our expectations. I don't think other companies would have stuck with us the way they did.

Valley glass replaced may custom windows in our house and installed storms over existing leaded galss windows. When one window was made wrong by the manufacturer, and they accidently installed it before they realized the problem, but took care of it, contacted the manaufacturer and replaced it as soon as it arrived. They were considerate and cleaned up after themselves. I plan to have them replace a few more windows that I haven't gotten around to yet.

Their service is excellent. They are very personable and punctual. They have fair prices.
