TRI-PEAK IRRIGATION

This was a referral from a family member. Ray was very nice, he told me lead times before Work would be completed, called me the day of and all was well. Then I received a bill... for $60.00..... I was really surprised based on the amount of valves I have.. based on prior experience I’ve not paid more than $45.00 for more valves at a previous home.. I thought that I should ask Ray about what he might do that’s different to warrant the difference in charge.... much to my surprise He didn’t have anything to tell me.. more so when I asked what he does differently than others he replied “I don’t know what others do”....I replied that I’ve never paid that much, that it’s never been higher than $45.00.. Ray replied “I can’t make a living off of that”.. I told him I understand you have to get what you’re worth, I told him I’m in sales... Ray laughed.... and said “how about you just pay me what you think is fair, okay?”... I was floored.. in my experience I’ve always explained and demonstrated my value to warrant what I think I’m worth. Ray was unwilling to do that for whatever reason and based on our conversation I am left to conclude he didn’t explain why he charges more because he doesn’t have a real reason to do so- meaning he offers the same service as everyone else. Just 150%-200% the cost. For the record, I paid him the $60.00 because it was the right thing to do.... I don’t do business with people who act arrogant about what they have to offer and expect to get more without explaining why the cost is warranted.

This man was wonderful and I would always use him if anything else should happen to go wrong again. I have tried ever since this system was terrible and Ray was the person who knew all the things that needed to be done and how to do them. I could go on some more about Ray and how delighted I am to have this system working and not leaking all over. It was a good sized project and worth whatever the charge will be. We have 40 houses in this small sub-division and there seems to always be problems with either the well and leaks in a number of individual lots as well as water under the houses. But I feel great getting my problems solved. I will recommend this gentleman always.

Ray is always responsive, professional, and courteous. He knows sprinkler systems in and out. Discivered the problem and fixed in a ver short time, leaving the affected area looking as it did before the repair.
