+ -1 moreEverytime we have done business with mark, we have been more than satisfied. He is extremely professional, does great work, and sets very fair proces.
Description of Work: Repaired fence, checked sprinklers, yard care (weeding). And in the past he re-built our barn, put up hotwire, repaired decking, and too many other things to name.

+ -1 moreI contacted Mark Satterwhite the end of Oct and ask for an estimate on a cover for the stall runs off my barn and that it be attached to the barn. He got back to me in three days with his estimate which I thought was a bit high but after he explained in detail what he planned to do it was of high quality and very durable. I also ask for two other estimates-one of which was with the person who build the barn. All bids were comparable ($3k-3.4k) but quality was very different (Mark's being the highest). It then came down to timing. I chose to go with Mark for three reasons: He was very easy to talk to and will to explain details to me; his quality of materials and work used and done; and willingness to work with me and my needs (timing and safety of animals). I also wanted it done sooner rather than later which he did. The work was done professionally and high quality. I am very please and willing to have anyone come check out his work if they want. He also helped me after completion of the project by correcting some other issues I was having from the original barn builder with my stall doors. I have also ask him to help me with a project ( a giant contained sand box for my 4 grandsons) in the spring which he says he will do. I highly recommend Mark (Timber-Steel Buildings,Inc) for anyone needing work done around a farm/ranch that can't be done by themselves, and Mark is a great problem solver too.
Description of Work: First let me correct your listing...It is TIMBER-STEEL BUILDINGS, Inc. not Tiber Steel Buildings.... The work I wanted done was a cover over my stall runs from the barn to the end of the stall runs. I wanted quality and durability, because living in Kuna the winds can rip off a 'lean-to' in seconds. I got three bids and chose Timber-Steel, Mark Satterwhite, not because of cost but because of quality and durability and guarantees of work. The other two bids were close in price but did not put in the detail or quality that I wanted and treated me like I did not know what I really needed to have. I also needed someone willing to pay attention to the fact that I have animals that need to be in the barn at night so I needed it secure after they left each day. Mark was willing to be sure that was done. After Mark started he also noticed that the stall door handles were broken and unusable which he voluntarily fixed for me to have them safe for the animals. The construction looks like it was build from the beginning not an add on and is of high quality and durability. It is not going anywhere ever!

+ 1 moreI can't express how wonderful it has been to have help from Timber-Steel Buildings. My husband and I bought a 5 acre place so we could have our horses at home, and it needed a lot of work. This contractor is professional, personable, charges reasonable rates, pays attention to detail, and, as far as I can tell, can do almost anything related to construction and maintenance. I plan to continue to use their services.
Description of Work: Between Summer 2010 and Summer 2012, Timber-Steel Buildings has frequently helped us with the following: re-building a 48 x 36 ft barn, post & pole fencing (new and repaired), electric fencing, weeding, pasture and arena maintenance, tree removal, cat and dog fencing, deck work, rototilling, as well as several small home improvement projects.
