Tile Outlet & Granite

Beautifully. I could not have asked for more. The price was by far lower than any other quote I received. The work is beautiful. I was out of town at the time and was thrilled when I walked in to see the finished product.

Both Marco and Vince were extremely helpful, the work they did was of outstanding quality, and they were able to meet our tight time schedule leading up to the holidays. We highly recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future as other remodeling projects come up.

We're very pleased with our decision to go with Tile Outlet. Marco was great to work with from the beginning and was very patient with us in our indecisiveness at times. We never felt like we were being rushed. The granite we got through them was beautiful and Marco's measurements for our counter tops including a two leveled area with a corner were amazingly accurate. I couldn't believe how perfect the granite fit into place. We were also very pleased with the stainless sink we purchased through them and they installed. They also did great on the demo. I wasn't really that excited about having our tile counter tops replaced with granite (we did it as part of a larger kitchen remodel) but now that I have them I wonder how we ever lived without 'em. We considered quartz but I'm very glad we decided to go with granite. With the exception of one of their subcontractors, each person we dealt with through Tile Outlet was exceptional in terms of being careful and accurate in their work. We did have some issues with some of the tiles installed initially on the blacksplash over the range. Marco was very responsive and did what it took to correct the issue. Overall it was one of the best experienced I've had with any contractor. In addition, the price we got from them was very good. I highly recommend them and have told Marco that he's free to use us as a reference going forward. The only problem with our granite is now I'm wondering how we can live without it in our bathrooms.

I am thrilled with how my kitchen turned out and have received many compliments on it. The ideas provided by Tile Outlet were an improvement upon what I had originally thought of. The people at the Tile Outlet were professional and easy to work with as were the installers.

I went to their store to pick out the tile. I would use them again.

The store employees were very nice and full of knowledge. We purchased all the product they said we needed for the project - we ended up with about $150.00 to much - which when we tried to return - we were told that they only give store credits. We were intentionally sold more product than we needed and now only have a credit to go back to the same place. Apparantly they are set up for large businesses that tile daily and not the homeowner doing a remodel. I just feel scammed.We were trying to support the local economy - next time - trust Home Depot or Lowes. They won't oversell and then not give you a fund. ...Also, they wanted accolades for waiving the 14 day re-stacking fee. This company is for tiling companies NOT HOME OWNERS doing thiee own projects.

The sales people were very helpful. The installers were on time and seemed professional. I do have some complaints though. The price I paid did not include taking the carpet up, the grouting does not look complete in places, and they did not do a good job where the carpet meets the tile.
