egress windows, house painters
 + 0 moreI needed to meet the requirements required by Idaho housing for low income rental. John gave me a bid, dug the hole necessary, replaced the existing window and put in the retaining wall. I was not at home during the entire process, but it was all complete and cleaned up when I returned. Home inspection requirements were met.
Description of Work: Converted a regular basement window to an egress window to meet building code specifications. Dug hole outside of window, cut concrete to window size opening, installed window, build retaining wall on outside of window, painted inside of window.
