This guy (Lynn Johnston)is just the best. I have him go through all the systems in my rental properties every fall. I never have any problems down the line. He has saved me many late night phone calls from failed systems and saved me money by replacing components before they cause major damage. He knows his stuff inside and out from all different manufacturers. I have never gotten a, and quot;Well we'll have to get back to you on this.and quot; He is always right on time, clean work area, works safely. I cannot say enough about his great work.

The serviceman was great.

I called Lynn to check my furnace which was randomly shutting off. We set an appointment for the following day. He called the next day to say he would be able to get to my house before the scheduled appointment. For the appointment, Lynn was professional and courteous and a week or so afterwards, called to ensure the system was running efficiently. Lynn even came back to make minor adjustments again. A great contractor who is nice to work with.
