 + -1 moreHe was prompt and friendly, and seemed quite knowledge. Stain that I asked him to take out came back in a week or so, though. Price was higher than I had paid before for similar service with not any better result.

 + 0 moreGreg and Terry of the Clean Co. came over and explained their 12 step process of cleaning carpets. They examined my carpet (it is a higher-end carpet and I was worried what would happen if they used hot water on it), and then they checked for stains. I also have a pet and they examined my carpet with a neon light to see if there was any stains from him. All of my stains came out and as they were cleaning they even put two professional drying fans out to speed the process. I was thrilled with their knowledge of types of carpet, carpet protectors, and with stain removal, including pet stains. On another job I had a bathroom sewer line back up and over flow my toilet and sink..."black water", I had new white tile and grout just put in and the black rugs that were on the floor stained my grout. Greg examined and cleaned my tile so that it once again sparkled! The Clean Co. did a fantastic job on both my tile and carpet which really "WOWED" me!
Description of Work: The Clean Co. came into my home and cleaned my expensive carpet that had some stains from a party that I held. They cleaned the carpet AND removed all stains. They used a hot water extraction cleaning method. I was worried that it would be left really wet but they assured me that their 12 step process was effective and would be dry to the touch before they left. IT WAS! I was really pleased with the fact that they put two high powered fans out as they cleaned to help in the drying process. They also came in and cleaned my new white TILE and GROUT from a sewer back up, which had stained because I had black bathroom rugs on the floor when the sewer backed up and they bled black out into the grout. When they finished it looked and gleamed beautiful. Superb job, timely and reasonably priced.
