Description of Work: They hooked up a different tv to DISH and connected our surround sound. He tried to help hookup my wireless printer but I was missing a cable so he told me what to get and how to proceed afterwards.

Description of Work: Help me remove my TV/Stereo system from my wall and set it up on a Stan so that my painters could paint the walls. They helped my remove my surround sound system from the walls and keep my system working. Great WORK !!

+ -1 moreI dropped the TV off and was told it might take an extra day or two to diagnose because their techs were in training. It took 4 business days to get a call back. I had a voicemail saying it would cost an additional $50 to repair and they wanted to know if I would authorize the payment. I called back and got someone else, but verified I wanted them to proceed. I waited a few more days and had not heard back, so I called and it turned out nobody relayed the information that I wanted to proceed, so they were just waiting on me and had not even ordered parts yet. I think it would have made sense to call me back in this timeframe, at which point we could have quickly found out my initial call had not been relayed to the correct people. I then had to wait another 3 days for the part to come in.
Description of Work: Repaired broken fan in Samsung DLP television.

+ -1 morehad appt for specific time but did call to say could come 30min early. Was prepared with all tools and made one trip to truck for parts. Was done in an hr. answered all questions. Was professional and offered advice on future TV purchases.
Description of Work: home service to repair convergence (color) on 7yr old projection TV. Knew pretty much upfront by complaint what cost would be but did say depended how many items were affected.
