+ -1 moreWe were in a long, drawn-out short sale process on the buying end, and Pat kept on top of the process and shielded me from all the messiness that is a short sale. She communicated clearly throughout. Same on the selling end of things. I moved away just as we listed, and so Pat managed the property for me since I couldn't be there. Landscapers, handymen, etc. She uses technology to benefit you during the process -- digital document signing, txts, email -- communication is easy.
Description of Work: Pat helped me buy a house two years ago and sell it this summer.
