My overall experience was negative for the following reasons: The on-line customer is not offered the selection of items that are offered in the store. The orders often contained 2-4 items that were incorrect. When contacting customer service for a refund, it could take 2-3 months to receive a refund. Every week, there were a number of ordered items that were not shipped. The last week that I used the service, 9 ordered items were not shipped. In 8 weeks of service, I received only 1 delivery without problems. Although Customer Service is responsive (reply in 24 hours), the responses are not helpful and did nothing to improve service. It was usually just a canned statement with no explanation of why the problem occurred or a plan to remedy the situation. In short, although I was having groceries delivered to my home, I would still have to visit the store weekly to shop for items that were not delivered. One Positive- the delivery drivers were prompt and courteous.
