Charged $200 for $20 worth of parts which were not meant to be used for this and eventually will fail. Total cost was $500. Subsequent sprinkler service brought it to my attention , thankfully, so I can keep an eye on it. Superior would not acknowledge it

I had another brand name company come out to see why our sprinklers were not working in one zone only. They wanted to did up the front lawn. Then Superior came out and found that it was simply a leaky valve. Thank you for your honesty and integrity Superior!

I'd like to leave a better review of Super Sprinkler Systems, because their technicians were so friendly, but unfortunately our experience was, overall, negative. My husband and I purchased a home with an existing sprinkler system. It was clear shortly after moving in that the sprinkler system was not functioning correctly, as the lawn had two large dead patches. Being novices in the world of automatic sprinklers, we called Superior Sprinkler Systems to come assess and tune up the existing system. The technicians were able to come out the day after we called, and were very helpful and friendly. They replaced a few broken sprinkler heads, adjusted a few more, and changed the watering schedule to better match the needs of our tough clay soil. This service cost about $150, but I felt it was appropriate for the quality of service and was very satisfied. Then the problems started. Within a week, the dead patches started to green up, but previously healthy patches in the backyard started to die. My husband did some investigating and found that something had gone wrong with the wiring, and some sprinklers were no longer connected to the control box, and therefore were not turning on at all. We called Superior Sprinklers to explain the problem, and they suggested that a wire may have been cut, most likely by a cable technician who installed internet for us. We then called the cable company, who promptly sent a technician, who promptly told us that the cable wires are nowhere near the sprinkler wires. As we had not done any gardening or wiring ourselves, we were forced to conclude that the wiring problem was inadvertently caused by the sprinkler technicians themselves during the tune up. When we called Superior Sprinkler Systems again, they informed us that to send a technician again to even look into the problem would be another $100 service fee, and up to $400 to dig out the existing wire and run new wires, depending on the extent of the problem. Needless to say, we did not accept their offer. Shortly thereafter, another section of sprinklers stopped functioning, and the system works worse now that it did before the technicians came out for the tune-up. Again, if I could review the technicians alone, I would give this company an A. Even if they did jostle a wire loose, the guys who came to our house were kind and efficient. Unfortunately, a company that causes more problems than they fix, and then refuses to even investigate claims of poor workmanship without a service fee, is not a company that runs with integrity. We will be calling another company to find and repair the problem caused by this company.

This is one of the very last companies out here that still puts the customer first and truly care about quality. They went above and beyond every time and were very accommodating. They understood that this is a big decision and really helped us visualize what will look and feel the best. After doing are entire backyard (including orchard area, retaining wall, garden etc) we were so thrilled we decided to have them do our entire frontward as well. We now have the ABSOLUTE greenest grass and best sprinkler system in the whole neighborhood. Everything they did was top notch and they have very high standards. The owner told me he treats every job the way he would do his own house and it definitely shows. I asked around before moving forward from people in million dollar foothill homes in boise to calling Sterling Landscape, and they all referred me to Superior Sprinklers. If your time is valuable and you want it done right the first time then please do not waste your time with anyone else. I will definitely be going back to them for all my future landscaping needs. I would recommend Superior Sprinkler System. They were prompt and reliable.
