Significantly better price than competitor without the sales pressure. Very fast completion of project and the installers were quiet and courteous around the house. Definitely recommend Straightline Design for roofing needs.

Was told the work would be done in three days and it was except for one Pipe boot. They did not ask for Final payment until the roof had Final inspection and the boot was applied. The cleanup was excellent. Love my new roof. Thank you Cody and the crew.

It was a good experience from start to finish. When there was a supply is issue with the shingle we chose, they got us a free upgrade to the manufacturer's best shingle. I'm very happy with the results.

Picked Straightline Design out of four firms that gave us a bid. They were not the lowest bidder, but we selected them for the overall package (products, people, price, etc.). Signed contract on Friday, they were out next day to start work. Finished on Monday. GREAT JOB , very pleasant workers. I would definitely recommend them for roofing or any other work!!

A little better communication about work schedule would be helpful

Even when they didn't know if I'd hire them they were going to tarp my roof as more rain was coming. Once hired they worked with me for the best day for both of us. They did the work quickly and efficiently.

They were super friendly and explained everything in detail to me even sent me the quote same day so i could send it to my insurance company. I highly recommend them.

thoroughly reviewed our roof and found additional leaks that we didn't even know about and showed us how our roof was not properly installed by previous owner. They worked us into their schedule within a week and completed the job quickly even among the winter storms and cold. They picked up all the mess and we now feel confident that our roof will last for many decades to come.
