SPRAGUE SOLUTIONS

In 2011, I noted that the quality of the furniture being delivered was below what I would have expected for the prices I had been quoted. I then discovered that one of the original product invoices provided by Dan Sprague seemed to be an elaborate forgery. This forgery was confirmed in a letter from the Ada County Prosecutor's office. Other evidence followed. In fact Sprague had provided me with about a dozen hand-doctored invoices, all reporting imaginary upcharges, and in some cases, imaginary products that were never delivered. In 2012, I filed a civil suit claiming the Spragues had defrauded me out of well over $100,000. That suit is ongoing. To date, the Spragues have refused to settle the dispute, they have libeled me by filing vicious false rumors about my personal life in their written response to the Prosecutor's office, and they have now threatened me with a libel suit for publishing the facts of the case. Clearly, my experience with Sprague Solutions has been an outright disaster. You are free to form your own opinion, but based upon my experience, with him lying to my face about it for six months straight, my personal opinion is that this is not the first time Dan Sprague has forged an invoice. I believe these people are professional con artists who will stop at nothing to defraud a customer. I sincerely hope that others have escaped them unharmed.
