Description of Work: Installed their internet service. For those of us in the country, rural areas, our choices are few. Tried Safelink and they were HORRIBLE. SpeedyQuick customer service is outstanding whereas Safelink folks are rude on the phone and very unprofessional. We've had a few problems with speed issues on Speedyquick, but they handled them with compassion and expediency. Pretty happy with the service now as I can watch my movies on my smart TV!

 + -1 moreWe live south of Nampa, about halfway between Nampa and Melba, where there is no DSL and no cable service. We had satellite internet for several years but had constant problems with Hughes. Finally, our satellite stopped working altogether and a neighbor recommended SpeedyQuick. With one phone call we scheduled installation of our wireless router for our two computers and had no problem connecting. The speed is terrific; much faster than satellite, and it's half the cost. The couple of times we have called with questions the support staff has been very responsive and helpful (and no wait!).
