Description of Work: We went to the office and looked at pictures and samples not great but the talk was very convencing. They were going to get right on it. They even took us out to see a job and it looked good. However the owner tried to tell us how slow they were and that they never showed when they said they would but the owner had a cover story for all that was said. We went with them and it was all true pluss more. It took 2 months to get them on the job between haired men sick, and ones wife having a baby he just had to take 2 weeks off and we had to wait again!!! At first the work looked okay but with in two months the cracks started showing up again. Then they recraked and we called and called and he has to this date ever called us back or come out here to see the mess. This is one year and most the cover they put over our old concrete has cracked off and there is more all the time. It is not bonded to the old and we will lose all before it is done. I will say at first (the first 2 months it looked good) He even went so far as to tell us he was sending out a photographer to take pictures and he was making a new brochure with our back yard on the front . Well she did show up ,but the brochure did not!! Of course we bought pictures and that made him even more money.. We have called and called and he will never come out and even look at this mess. He sent one of his hired hands to tell us he was to busy and it just looked like it was not going to stay on. That was the last time we heard from anyone. Do not go near these people

We at Silverline value and respect our customers and their concerns. We appreciate the concerns that the member has with the job we did and would be more than happy to work together to achieve a solution that is mutually beneficial. We informed the Coopers when we began work that we would be able to caulk the existing cracks and apply our product over the top. However, we also informed them that due to the nature of concrete that we could not warranty our product over an existing imperfection with the possibility of a crack expanding. We have this information in our warranty on our estimate forms that all of our customers receive before beginning any job. We are more than happy to provide copies of our original estimate/invoice with this information. We do take great pride in our work and are always willing to provide warranty work for any of our systems that have issues that are covered by our extensive warranty. We do warranty that our products will not delaminate (peel off) and would be more than happy to meet with any customer who is having a problem in that area. We have used the Cooper's job as advertising in our brochures, our website and on our trucks. We have met with the Cooper's at Home Shows since the job was completed and since this review was posted and have heard nothing but complimentary comments on the job. We understand that sometimes situations arise, but we are more than willing to find a resolution. We value our customers and have the utmost respect for them and their property. There is no better advertising than word of mouth and we take great pride that we have a reputation as experts in our field who do quality work. We look forward to taking whatever steps are necessary to resolve this problem and show that our reputation is hard earned and well deserved.

The coating will never come up. The experience was great. They showed up exactly on time and the project took exactly the time they said it would. The project looks beautiful. All the contractors that came in after commented on what a beautiful floor it is. They put it in during the winter, which scared me, but they guaranteed it would seal up just fine. It was really cold and way below zero and sure enough it sealed up and worked out great. I got a break on the price because I had seen them at a home show.
Description of Work: I used Silverline LLC to put down an epoxy system on the floor.
