I gave him $500.00 as a deposit and texted asking when he was going to start and he gave me a date of Wednesday and never showed up. On Thursday I texted him asking when he was going to start and he texted back that he had a delay in getting parts and he promised the following Wednesday. He was basically telling me he lost his ability to buy wholesale and he was waiting for someone to co-sign to get a new account. He told me he wasn’t able to do this and had to use my money to pay bills. He promised he would come to at least start digging trenches. This went on for 6 weeks. The first frost came and he said we would have to wait until next spring. I know of 2 people in my neighborhood that this has also happened to. I haven’t heard from him since.
Description of Work: I contacted him to lay sod and put in a lawn sprinkler system. I wanted to have it all put in before the first frost.

Hello. I did show up. Put in a bid thats was accepted. Later came back for him to kinda explain further what exactly was wanted as far as the clean up on the yard. I then the next day explained that on my account for parts there was a problem. That I would get it worked as fat as I could. And apologized. I was not able to resolve the issue before the time we had discussed. I ordered to do the instal in the spring for only cost of parts. I sent texts as well as went by the home to speak with him missing him and leaving notes exposing I had ben there I woods like to get this resolved and to please cal me. I never did get any response until I read this posting.
