I was equally disappointed as another reviewer that after having a pleasant online chat with Serenity to set up a time to provide a quote, I had to call a second time, as apparently there was a miscommunication, and we were not on their schedule. After establishing an appointment a second time, Sean did arrive and provide the quote, but the crew never returned to complete the agreed-upon work, and now Serenity will not return my phone calls.

Shawn was very sweet and warm to deal with. He gave me a very low estimate for the job compared with the other contractor I'd talked with. However, as he admitted later and quot;he bit off more than he could chewand quot;. This became apparent when he got further and further behind the deadline we had agreed to. What was Good: He and his crew did great on shrub trimming, small tree removal, flower bed clean-up, mowing and weeding. What was Bad: He said they'd fixed the sprinkler system. But as weeks passed the grass died more and more. Also the sod I'd paid for all died. My neighbor called to tell me that water was running down the street. When I asked him about it he claimed it was working fine when he checked it. But when I turned it on several heads weren't working and one was broken and wasting a lot of water every day. He worked on it again and said that the sprinkler was now fixed. He paid for and installed new sod. I thought the problem was solved but weeks later drove over and saw the grass dying back further than before. By then most of the new sod had also died. I had to hire another contractor to fix the sprinkler system. Although I had provided him with a clearly typed list of everything that needed to be done, I had to ask repeatedly for some things to be finished. He kept forgetting to bring the list when he came to work on the yard. He estimated 10 days for the job. It took over 3 weeks.

They seem to be doing pretty well. He is a super nice. He's really easy going and they are super easy to get along with. They thrive off of good input or bad input. Their time in response is pretty good. Even though it was a tiny lawn and not too much money coming in, they send two guys out and they cut it and edge it and make it look decent in no time and they are gone.

Ive gone thru six different lawn companies over the last 3 seasons. Very excited to say i have finally found one that i will keep. Shaun was very friendly and has worked with me to make sure my lawn is done exactly how i want it to be. Everything looks great!

My yard was a mess a week ago. Serenity did an excellent job of getting all my spring cleaning outside work done and out of the way. I had my sprinkers turned on, lawn aerated and over seeded since i haven't had this in over 3 years. And many shrub and trees trimmed up. Wish i could post before after pics to show the difference. Great work.

These guys allow me to live worry free. So glad i could have them take care of everything this summer. Very thankful.

Serenity came out this weekend to blow out my sprinkler system. I called them earlier in the week and they were very friendly on the phone and even more nice in person. They showed up on time and took care of everything as promised. Great work.

Check the regular fall sprinkler blow out headache off the check list. Always dread getting this done and am scared the person i have do it is going to make a mistake. These guys did great last year so decided to use them again. They also do sprinkler start up which i did not know for this last spring but will use for next year.

My shrubs were a bit out of hand. Shaun was very friendly over the phone and able to come out the very same day and give me a quote. i was worried a waited to long to take care of the problem but when I came home from work a few days later after they had finished everything looked better then ever.

They were very prompt and did an excellent job. I usually do all my own yard work but will call these guys if i ever get in over my head.

The boys came out monday and did a small spring clean up. I have a few different trees that always get out of control if i dont get them taken care of early. These guys did a great job and their help is very appreciated.
