Seidl Home co. built our home in 2005. In 2008 we decided to have a balcony built on the front of the house to enhance it's street appeal, and of course for our enjoyment. Seidl Co. used all the same contractors as when the house was built. It was professionally done. You cannot even tell it was an addition. The stucco matched perfectly as if was always there. Sara and John are two of the nicest, most through, professional contractors we have ever worked with. The job was completed in a timely matter, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. With the help of their architect, we started from a basic plan and made several modifications. We had a good idea regarding what we wanted, but they made many helpful suggestions and took the site and our life style into consideration. There was never a problem with modifications during the planning process and when we finalized the plans we were thrilled with the results. Choices and staying on top of the budget during the interior design phase was greatly facilitated by working with their designer. Sarah and John never failed to respond immediately when we had questions or concerns during the construction. We were at the site everyday and found the contractors to be just as concerned as the Seidl's with our satisfaction and making sure we and quot;lovedand quot; our home. When something seemed and quot;not quite rightand quot; the issue was dealt with immediately and always to our satisfaction. John and Sarah continue to be exceptionally responsive to questions even though we are through the first year warranty period. When asked by others, we give them our highest recommendation.

It was great - very professional! We came in within 5% of the original bid, and 3-5% were discretionary choices we made during the project. We were impressed with their exceptional organization and communications during the project.

Very good planning and interaction with new home owners. We were on the site daily and worked well with Project Supervisor and Management to identify and resolve issues as they arose. Construction company was flexible WRT our change requests and kept us well informed of costs. Project was completed "nearly" on-time and within original budget plus the changes we requested. Contractor seemed to have good relationships with the subs. The finish woodwork was our favorite sub because they seemed to get so much out of so little (my grandmother would say, "...making something out of nothing."). The painters were also great to work with and seemed comfortable with if not intrigued by our wild ideas. After four years in the house...all is still well.
