Description of Work: Sara Hanigan contacted me after I made an online inquiry through Keller Williams Realty for a current market analysis of my parent's home. She responded within an hour of my inquiry and we scheduled a walk-through of the property for a week later with her partner, Courtnie Lager. Due to special circumstances, I suspected that there would be no point to trying to sale the home and expected to simply turn it over to the bank holding the reverse mortgage. After the walk-through, both Sara & Courtnie agreed that it would be worthwhile to do a complete market analysis which they provided for me two weeks later through an in-depth meeting at their office. They were confident in their skills and the results of their analysis. They clearly explained their plan of action for selling the house as quickly as possible while maximizing as much profit as possible. They explained the current market, showed comparables, and laid a time-line of what needed to be done before putting the house on the market. Not being from the area and having my hands full with the care of my aging parents, they found referrals for me and even negotiated some discounts for me to get the work done as easily and inexpensively as possible.
