Description of Work: This company cheated me out of a lot of money, and lied to me constantly. They would say they were here when they weren't & failed to show up when they said they would. Do not do service with this company!

+ -1 moreWhen I returned from my trip, I heard a woodpecker pecking on my chimney....went out to look, and realized that the old chimney cap was still on & had not been replaced. I tried to call the company & could not get an answer...also tried emailing them...after several days or weeks.....they finally responded & said that they have a policy not to go on roof when no one is home & that they had left the chimney cap on my back porch with a card stuck in door. I don't know whose porch they left it on, but it was not on my porch. They refused to refund my money. I took them to small claims court to no avail...they just sluffed it off. What a joke to take someone to small claims court!!!! So now I am out over $400. These guys are scheisters and can not be trusted. Do not have them perform service, and if you do, do not pay until you receive what you are supposed to get!
Description of Work: The guy cleaned my chimney & did a good job at that....but, he talked me into buying a new chimney cap & an extended service for 3 years....I paid him up front! MISTAKE (never pay for something until you receive it) He said when the cap came in that he would come & replace it. I told him that I would be gone on a trip...He said that was ok, that I didn't need to be here.
