+ -1 moreThis roofing contractor and crew were easy to work with from estimate to the final clean up. The shed roof and sky light were after thoughts. When I asked if they would do those jobs too, they said they would be happy to, and provided a quick and reasonable estimate. Before they started demolition of the old roofing material, they laid down tarps around the perimeter of the house to catch debris and roofing nails and staples. The entire project took just over a day and a half, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship, and the materials used.
Description of Work: Removed old damaged shake roof and paper, removed an old patio cover, and replace a sky light. Replaced roofing with 40 year architectural shingles with a high definition ridge, metal drip edge around the roof perimeter, new roof pipes and flashing, 15# synthetic underlayment, and all roof vents were replaced. We also had them replace the roof on the yard shed.
