+ 1 moreHe is wonderful! He is a very good project manager. He paid his subcontractors out of an account that was set up, so there were no leans against us if something went wrong. He came in on budget. I really like that he could accommodate a 1918 home and did a fantastic job! We are using him again for an upstairs bathroom project.
Description of Work: He turned a kitchen and adjacent bath into one large kitchen. He then put a new bathroom in another room. This involved a new wall, garbage disposal, new flooring, sink, backsplash, plumbing, etc.
