To Update anyone looking: I contracted this service in May. It is now October and my cabinet they broke is still not fixed. There have been delays on both sides. On top of that I have had to deal with threatening phone calls from the young man I hired. To top it all off the seam in the countertop in my kitchen has completed come out so instead of a smooth transition I have a crack where the pieces connect. Still need to fix my kitchen paint too. Definitely not what I need to be dealing with while getting ready for our new baby. Supposedly we will get some resolution at the end of this week. We shall see. Don't use these guys! Everything started out great. He sounded professional on the phone and came by within a few days to give me an estimate. We emailed and he answered most of my questions, although not as quickly as I would have liked. Within ten days I hied him and he came by to make the template. Still good. The following week the granite was installed. They pick it up from the purchase point and also should be inspecting it prior to picking it up. The kitchen turned out beautiful!! The bathrooms are another story. Of the three bathrooms, two were not ok. The main bathroom upstairs did not have the sink hole cut correctly and it took nealry two weeks to get it fixed. They also dropped the piecef rom cutting the sink and put a hole intheb ottom of the cabinet and I am still waiting on that repair. I wanted everything done before I moved in. I ended up not having any sinks to use in my upstairs bathrooms for the first few days after I moved in. The master bathroom was a complete disaster! Granite does have natural fissures in it. I get that. This was a crack. Plain and simple, a crack, from the edge of the counter to the sink and out the other side al the wayt o the other sink. They did not want to replace it. They did not really want to even tryto fix it. They said that would make it look worse. It was unacceptable! I called the place I purchased the granite and they worked the installers and ate the cost of a new piece to replace the damaged one. Now, I inspected both slabs of granite that I purchased prior to purchasing them and I did not see this huge crack in it then, but the installers tried to convince me it was there. Finally, the day after I moved, they came and redid my master bathroom counter and it now looks beautiful. It was the nest day they came to recut the hole in the other bathrrom and they left me a huge mess. That was yesterday, so I have big job waiting for me when I get home tonight ontop of my unpacking I still have to do. They also messed up the paint drilling the hole in the computer conter in the kitchen that they forgot to do originally so I have to get that repaired too. Even after the messed up bathrooms I thought I might use them inthe future if I ever bought another house and needed granite. I won't. It was too much hassle to get them to fix what they messed up and without the help of the supplier I think I would have been out of luck on the replacement piece. The mess and damage to the cabinet that still needs fixed was the clincher. They did not respect my home at all.
