Windows look great, we have a west facing bedroom so the Sun can be an issue especially in the summer, so this will make a big difference. They were on time and were very professional and friendly. Raw Windows has done other work for us and we have always been very happy with their quality of work and their willingness to make us happy.

We found Ron of RAW window cleaners on Angie's List almost three years ago and have switched to using him exclusively. He costs less than the previous name-brand service and provides more personalized and better service. He hand cleans each window with a squeegee instead of just hosing them down. He is prompt, efficient, fair and just a really nice guy.

First he assessed the windows. Then reiterated what it would cost. Explained what he was going to do. He went right to work and did a very good job. There were 3 spots he went back over and didn't leave till I was satisfied. Friendly professional and I will call him again to do some pressure washing before I paint.

We have had them out to our house twice in the past and now we are on their schedule for every 6 months. They always have a nice sized crew so they get the job done in a very timely fashion while making our windows look invisible. We lost their number after the first visit so I tried calling another service not only was the price extremely higher but the price was for dry washing. So I went on the hunt and found theor numbe...now it's saved! I would highly recommend their services.

Fabulous! Ron and Rob did a great job! Very polite, professional, and thorough. From the initial call, Ron explained how they price the cleaning and once on site, he explained their cleaning process. Our windows look amazing and our view now is spectacular!

They came out the next day-- very punctual and honest.

It was great! The owner and his helper came to our home and removed the torn screens. Then took them to the shop to re-screen them. Then the helper brought them back and put them back in. He was not familiar with how they went back in which was no problem because I always take them off when I wash the windows so I helped him with that. I was very surprised at how fast this was completed. The screens look great.

This is a great company. Fast response, on time, quality work, polite owner and worker. Was able to schedule quickly. They needed to move patio furniture to power-wash the patio and they did so and then put it back. Wow. The window washing is the best we've ever had and the brick patio looks better than the day we bought the house. I plan to call them again next spring to do all the windows, inside and out.

RAW repaired several screens, including a screen door. They also replaced several screens that were broken. They took the old screens and screen door for repair and cleaning and returned when they said they would. We had them clean all the windows in our house before they reinstalled the screens. Very happy with their work.

Ron and his co-worker did a great job. I have had another better-known company do the outside of my windows in the past. They only used a hose and squeegee and charged much more. Ron hand-washed my windows and did an excellent job. He is coming back next week to clean my gutters.

Ron was great to work with. He was efficient, prompt, pleasant, and reasonably priced. He put new screens in every single window of our house and replaced all the tabs (used to remove the screens from the windows). Our old tabs were small, brittle, some were broken, and they were just plain hard to work with. The new ones he installed are sturdy and much easier to grab without feeling like you're going to rip them out of the frame. He also washed our second story windows and did a super job. I would highly recommend him.

He was really good and I think I found him on Angie's List. I highly recommend them and he did an outstanding job. He was very helpful in coming up with ideas on how to fix things. He basically took charge and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. He really worked well with me and got the job done on time.

They were very friendly, responsive and got the job done. We did not notice too much difference once the service was completed, but it could be simply the state of our paint and we have aluminum siding.
