Quality Time

Our grandmother clock was running slow. Jamie came to our house and analyzed the problem. He ordered a part, replaced it, and the clock is working perfectly. I will definitely use them again!

Called him repeatedly. Was told every time that he would be out "next week", but never showed, never called back. After 3 tries, I called someone else--The Clock Man--who came the next day and after ordering parts my clock is working like new!

I took the clock to the business address (a home) in late November, hoping to present it as a Christmas gift. A man looked the clock over and said he could repair it, but it would not be finished for Christmas. With that understanding, I ask him to repair the clock and get it back to me as soon as he could, even if it would be after Christmas. I did not hear back from this business. I finally called back in early February. They could find no record of my clock being left there. I waited on the phone 30 minutes for them to search. It was finally located and I was informed they were just starting to work on it and they would call me at the end of the week to let me know I could pick it up. It is now mid-June and I still am waiting to be called. I have called the business phone often and get an answering machine every time. I leave a message every time with my name, phone number, and the claim ticket number. I have yet to get a return call. I have even driven to the business address several times and no one answers to door. I am so extremely frustrated and angry. I cannot comment on the quality or price of the service.

It went well. The Quality Time service rep was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He came out and got the clock running and it is now in place in our front hall. I plan to use them again if I have any other clock needs.

He knew all about my Mother's watch from the 1950's. It was great to find out that it is a really nice watch. He did a professional job on the repair, the job was completed on time , and it came back polished and ready to go. My daughter is wearing it on her wedding day so it had to be perfect. It looks beautiful!

Very professional and trust worthy.

This is a father, son team. The father is full knowledge and the son is learning at his knee. They are both honest and industrious. I have turned a grandfather clock to them, from WWII. I then gave them a wall chiming clock from the same era. Lastly, they were given an anniversary clock to check. The dad, Ray knows lots about older time pieces. He repairs watches regularly. His son, Jamie, is learning how to repair and regulate clocks. I feel very secure with this team.

I inherited my family's grandfather clock. it is quite 'elderly'. The clock means the world to me, as I grew up moving the heavy weights to wind it. unfortunately, when the clock was shipped, it was not properly packed. (these gentleman will also pack your clocks for shipping or relocation). My beloved clock was damaged and the chiming mechanism was broken as a result.Ray (the dad) explained everything to me, gave me information I did not have about this heirloom and made me feel very comfy with them taking part of the clock with them to repair/replace parts.Ray returned my mechanism on July 3rd. He put the parts back into place, he secured my clock to the wall balanced it, reset the timing and answered more questions.The clock is working perfectly and I am thrilled.I gave him a 2nd clock from my parents' estate to repair yesterday when he was finished with this one. This 2nd clock had fallen off of the wall and some parts were damaged/broken. He has already given me an estimate on the repairs and replacement of parts. I know that when my clock returns it will be in great shape, ready to chime and keep good time again.You will be relieved to work with these men.
