PROSPECT MORTGAGE

Wells Fargo had made a mess of my mortgage and kept promissing to have things done on time and never delivered. It was actually the day before my closing date, which the loan officer said would be the "no matter what done by date", at 5:30pm when I learned that WF would not do the loan because of some red-tape with their underwriters a few states away... My Real Estate agent told me that I should get a hold of Prostect Mortgage because she has worked with them for a few years and they have never been late. So I got in touch with someone at prospect and they gave me a date they would have things done by no matter what. And they delivered. The Paula Peck team at Prostpect Mortgage turned things around for me on a very tight schedule. They were professional, responsive, punctual, and they delived on their promisses. I wish I started with them rather then my big national bank.

Very timely and professional. I suspect she helps many people through this process, but it is really nice to feel like someone cares enough make me feel comfortable with this process.
