Professional Lawn Care

It was not a good deal. He charged us about twice what we had thought. He brought 2 or 3 women with him and they stood around and talked and he sat in his truck and texted and talked on the phone and then did some work and charged us for 8 hours of work. We fired him. He said he would prefer we didn't mention anything to Angie's List because it would hurt his business. He also said if we didn't report that we hired him through Angie's List, he could charge us less. He was a horrible person. All they did was stand around and the work they did was substandard. He charged us a ton of money because he said it was per person per hour. My husband kicked them out. He begged me not to give him a bad report when he left.

The job went very well. I would hire this contractor again.

I've used this company for two years and they do a good job.

They took my money and did nothing.

They have never contacted me, returned my messages or phone calls. They have not performed any work.

The crew showed up on time for the scheduled work. The weed killer was to be done at a later date. It 3 or 4 calls to get them to come finish the work.

Initial Contact I had been searching for sometime for a landscaper or two to help us get back to normal with our yard. Jason and I played phonetag for awhile (I have a busy schedule), and each time he left me a message it was thoughtful; and thorough. I finally decided tojust purchase his deal - $200.00 for four hours of clean up. He was able to schedule me fairly quickly even though I knew he was extremely busy. He stopped by the house to get an idea ofwhat to expect and what I wanted. We discussed additional work beyond the four hours which was nice because it was one less trip for him, one less appointment for me. Scheduled Appointment On the scheduled day, Jason called me early to let me know he was wrapping up another job and would be an hour or so late. Given the nature of his profession, I was not surprised nor did it bother me whatsoever; I understand completely that there aremany variables in landscaping that will alter one's schedule. So if by chance you hire him (or another landscaper) and find yourselfgrowing irritated if they are running late ? either ditch the attitude or complete your yard work by yourself. Just saying :) Jason arrived earlier than he expected. He had two additional people to tackle my yard. These guys were here for about 5 workhours (bit longer for lunch but you're not charged for that). Anyway, it blew me away at how much they accomplished. I am sure itwould have taken me 6 full weekends to rock out what they did in an afternoon. And it was hot that day. About My Yard 1. There is a 6 ft. wide perimeter around the back yard (3 sides) that has a myriad of trees/grasses.flowering bushes/ivy , etc., This perimeter is also filled with smaller landscaping rock. The crew removed all the weeds, trimmed and shaped most everything including some seriously large foliage. I can't properly explain just how much work needed done in this area. 2. A large not so happy elm tree. The crew trimmed many low hanging branches that were always in my way. 3. Two large pine trees in the front yard that had years of pine needles laying on top of rock. The crew cleaned this up extraordinarily well considering all the rock underneath the years of dead pine needles. 4. Two large pine trees on the other side of the driveway. The crew cleaned under these, stacked all my firewood I had laying there. Amazing job, still looks amazing over there. 5. Enough ivy for decades in its own respective garden area as well as intertwined in the fence. The crew cleaned up the borders,removed all the weeds. The grass area (front and back) is about 4,300 sq/ft. The crew mowed and trimmed the borders. 6. Overall a lot of dead leaves and foliage. The crew removed 95% of it. Bottom Line I can't fully convey how amazing Jason and his crew were; they were like a navy seal team of landscapers. He even took an old entertainment stand to the dump for me. He had more things he wanted to complete but I'll have to schedule him another day.

Jason and his crew worked tirelessly to get everything possible done within the 2 hours allotted on the special deal. Additional time was needed which was expected but he kept it very reasonable. Very satisfied with his work and his knowledge of landscaping in general. He gave me several great recommendations on where to buy material and supplies I will need to complete my landscaping remodel.

Jason called me the morning of July 7 to discuss what I needed done - after a brief discussion of what I wanted done, Jason asked if he could come over and look at what needed done so he could give me a better estimate of when he could schedule the appointment. I told him when I was going to be home and we set up a time for him to come later that afternoon. He showed up promptly that afternoon and after looking at what I needed to have done informed me that it wouldn't require a significant amount of time and that he should be able to fit me in on a normal mowing day as opposed to booking me out by several weeks. The very next day he was at my house doing all the work that had been discussed and more. He removed 2 dead trees in addition to cleaning up a flower bed in the back yard - he even cleaned up a tree ring in the front yard that had never been discussed.

I was charged for extra time, to which I had agreed; however, it did not appear to me that the work completed should have taken the extra time....my opinion. On Angie's list, the original fee was to be $200.

They were hardworking, made suggestions for how yard might look better, which i appreciated. only charged for hours worked and they finished early.

Owner and 2 workers arrived and completed job and did more on top of that. Great value, hard workers, and very pleasant. Would refer to my friends!

I specifically asked that they pull the weeds and cut down small sprouts off trees and blow leaves off patio and trim all grasses and clean up everything. I was very disappointed the weeds were not pulled, one of the six trees did not get the sprouts cut off, both patio and front porch were left dirty (they left me a message saying they were unable to blow off patio because something was moving). It took me about two hours to clean up front porch and patio, and pull the weeds. They were nice guys, I only wish they had done what I asked. Paying $200 and then having to clean up afterward is not acceptable.

We were very happy with his service. We have a small, but complex yard with privacy fences covered with vines, fish ponds, different garden and flowerbed areas. He was quick to respond and not overwhelmed by the complexity of our yard and did so much work we just cant do ourselves anymore. He had all of the right tools and expertise to deal with the things I wanted done. It was difficult work that he did with a smile. I will ask him to come back out again next year! We are so happy and relieved to have our yard back under control again.

They did a great job! It took them a little over 3 hours to get everything looking nice. I'm definitely going to hire his team again for future jobs.

I paid $200 for nothing at all!!

They showed up when they said they would and even mowed front and back before they came and did the spring clean-up. I really appreciate. I even asked him for help weeding, and he even fixed a sprinkler that was broke!!

Jason was so accommodating in seeing that he could get as much done on my list as possible within the amount of time I had paid for. Excellent workers - fast, efficient and friendly. I will use them again because they are so easy to work with and do such an excellent job.

I have used Jason's company for the past 12 years and have been very pleased. Jason gets the job done right in a timely manner. He also is professional and a nice person to work with. I highly recommend him to others. He's a joy to work with. I've never had problems with him and he is reliable.

They are very professional! They are always accurate and reasonably priced. You can trust them in your yard.

Overhaul, I couldn't be happier with the lawn care provided by Professional Lawn Care. I also on an occassion have asked for help with additonal projects around my home and they have always been more than willing to help me out or give me a referral if need be. Once again, I truly appreciated the service provided by this family owned business.
