+ -1 moreTim was knowledgeable and professional. When he had a delay in his service call, he immediately let me know what the problem was, and when he would be there, rather than making me wait and wonder where he was. When he arrived he got right to work and promptly made the repair. Luckily, he was able to repair existing leaky valve, rather than disassembling, removing and replacing the part. Money and time saver. At the same time, he spotted a couple of other minor issues which he resolved on the spot. My only issue is that I thought his fee was a bit high, at $65 for the service cal plus $90 per hour labor.
Description of Work: Tim located and fixed a leak in the spa plumbing.
