They CONSTANTLY rip off their customers and employees. I've witnessed these unethical business practices over and over again. Don't do business with these greedy thieves, they deserve to go out of business.

Very incompetent & unprofessional job. We wanted our yard leveled & new sod. Our backyard has a hump & drops off sharply instead of gradually. The stone pathway they installed is a trip hazard because the stones are too far apart & not enough sand between them. Concrete work for a greenhouse fell apart immediately. When they installed the new sprinkler system, they didn't put a filter on it or a float valve. So our yard is full of weeds because we use irrigation water. They offered to spray the weeds but haven't seen anybody. There is no shut off float valve which means that the pump will burn up if there isn't water running through the pump. I would think someone with minimal experience would know that but ProCare apparently doesn't know about float valves. The sprinkler system, which they came out & 'fixed' today is now un-usable due to a leak in the pipes that causes the pump to lose its prime & run dry. They refuse to come back out even though we told them that the pump is sucking air. Basically they blamed the lack of workers and us & just left us hanging. They were seriously expensive & we figured we were hiring a professional company. They are far from professional & just walk away instead of fixing their screw ups. They told us that we have a one year warranty & now tell us it's a 6 month warranty. There's so much more but I think you get the picture.

I've used Pro Care Landscape Services for several years ranging from sprinkler blowouts and irrigation repair to lawn/tree/shrub treatments. The front office staff is very friendly and responsive and the field techs seem very knowledgeable in their related field. Great company to work with.
