+ -1 moreMy overall experience and grade for this company is a C. They were responsive other than this you need to try and go else where before you call Pop a Lock
Description of Work: We bought a home that needed key lock changed. This company sent 2 young men out and they changed the upstais locks with new keys. When it came to our rental unit in the walk out basement this company employees were having diffucility with the lock. They kept the screws loos for it would not work any other way. My husband told them just to return the lock they way it was, they did. Our doors are wood and they scratched the door lock area. I had to sand and restain that area. Our charges were for the up stairs 3 doors only. It took them 2 hours as they really did not know what they were doing. I thought we would get more experienced lock assistance.
