We loved working with Pat and came away with a friend. He is highly professional with an excellent sense of humor and teased my husband and me about who wore the pants in our family (me, of course!). We "had" to use a different plumber for a portion of our remodel because of the "builder" we hired (who later walked off the job - see separate posting), but happily asked Pat to take over and repair all issues after the bad guy left. He helped us with decisions and did what he said he'd do. He tolerated our very detailed and constant questions with a smile because he knew we appreciated his work. We'll work with Pat again.
