Peterson's did not respond except to once again send a message saying they were sorry. They had consistently said the same thing with no further explanation or solution. I asked for reimbursement for my items which was estimated at $263.00. This was a low estimate for prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses, special coating and nice frames., and a CD. An interesting thing happened after I told them I was issuing complaints. The next day they sent a picture of 2 pair of sunglasses they located; neither was mine. I never found out where they found these. Seemed a strange coincidence. I'll never deal with them again. I had been warned not to go there, but to go to Tom Scott Toyota in Nampa. Wish I'd listened. They made a lot of money with the sale, not to mention my trade-in which they sold immediately. It was in near-perfect condition. It seems they could have reimbursed the small amount I was asking just to establish good customer service if nothing else. I feel once they got my money they could have cared less.

I spent about $200. They were courteous, efficient, they pointed out what was needed and they also pointed out what was not needed at that time but may need to deal with later. My interaction was positive and they were very good. I had no problems at all.

My girlfriend and I have both purchased new Toyotas from Peterson in the last 18 months and I have to say that they are the best car dealership I've worked with over the years. I am someone who always viewed car dealers as unscrupulous and never to be trusted. I still approach them with a wary eye as anyone should do when something involves the purchase of something as expensive as a new car. That being said Peterson has gone a long way to change my opinion of dealers. They gave us plenty of opportunity to test drive the vehicles we were interested in, helped us find the best match for us (and not just what they wanted us to buy), and were easy to negotiate with. They still try to sell you the paint protectant and extended warranties, etc, but they were not what I would consider high pressure. Since buying the vehicles, service has been free from Toyota, and I have found them to be outstanding to deal with when getting the vehicles serviced. Other dealers have tried overcharging for extra services while traveling, Kalispell Toyota wanted $65 to replace an air filter, Peterson did it for $15, the cost of the filter. I have also found their prices to be very fair on accessories, from a set of wheels to a supercharger, all of which were extremely fair based on my research over the internet. I would highly recommend them if you think you're in the market for a Toyota, or need dealer service.

There's a gentleman there named John Niece in the service department and he is phenomenal, that man will work his tail off for you. He's done very well for me and getting things on my warranties that needed to be fixed and not having me charged. I'd say he is the most fantastic customer service person that I have come across. I wish I didn't have to wait so long to have my car service, I could go like do a giffy and be done in 10 minutes so that part I do miss a little but I wouldn't trade the quality of service I get for that. I will use them again in the future as long as John was there. I have had bad experience with one other service person there but I just wouldn't recommend him for sure, I would definitely recommend John. John is the guy, John Niece.

The experience was aggravating... let's leave it at that. ugh.

Great, no charge for moving coils

They are one of the best places in town for getting service done. They have been in business since the 1930's and their customer service is excellent. I bought a new vehicle there last August.

I've always been very pleased. They're very courteous people. Their service is great, and they do a good job. They even wash the car for you. They are very service orientated.

They weren't very helpful, so I didn't get any answers from them. The guy was really unhelpful. He said that he can't take a look at it. He said he had no idea what that part would cost. He was just really dismissive and unhelpful. I'll take my money to someone who will help me. He was just very dismissive.

This company is totally professional. They don;t have loaner cars but they do take you home and when done they pick you up so you don't have to wait around all day. They know the car and it's ins and outs, and I felt they were professionals. $800 seems pricey but I felt they were honest and I guess it's a small price to pay for 35,000 miles and a dependable car.

Service advisors are professional, competent, and polite. Work is done on time. They have serviced this auto for ten years.

We have been using them all along and we like them. They are polite and do what they say they would. I don’t have any complaints about them. They are fairly priced too.

The experience has been excellent!
