Description of Work: Very nice people and seemed to know what they were doing, but the price ended up out of the park. The did negotiate the fee with me once I came too after looking at the bill. But I just can't incur the same costs again. BTW, the 2 other people that referred me to them have also stopped because of the expense--not their service. They a are wonderful ladies. Just get a estimate!

This company charged me for seven hours of labor, yes, 7 hours! to open our pool for the summer. I have had this pool for eight years and during that time the pool never cost us more then $125- $135 to open. Perfect, (joke)Pools brings family members with them and expects all of them to get $60.00 an hour. Opening the pool should only take an hour or an hour and a half with one person and you would think that if there were three of them it should have taken less then a half hour. They actually put the hose in the pool to fill it up and said they had to come back to turn the water off and that cost an additional three hours. They go on about how they had to clean the cover and empty the baskets, but that is what is suppose to happen when a pool gets open. I have no problem paying for the chemicals and a reasonable service charge but if you want to get ripped off, then use this service. I am so sick of the people like Perfect Pools who ruin it for everyone else.

Came to my pool, did some water tests, checked my equipment, put in some chemicals. Came back 2 days later, replaced the pressure guage on my sand filter, installed an air release so the pump doesn't have to work as hard when it's started up. Vacuumed the settled gunk off the bottom, rechecked the water, treated it with a stain remover and gave directions for how to get the most out of the remover. This morning, I have a blue liner, instead of the brown one yesterday. Some of the stains have been there for years.
Description of Work: Took a brown pool to clear and was able to remove the brown stains on the vinyl liner. Wonderful explaination on what and how to take care of it myself.
