+ -1 moreThey bill us monthly. I would separate them out because the monthly service is great. Every time something happens they call and are wonderful people. Their service provider is sort of hit and miss, but they are the same company. He is kind of different. We called them three weeks ago and he has not gotten here. I would say he is a C, but their service itself is an A. The service technician's name is Thomas and we have a few issues, but they are not critical. He was supposed to show up one day and he called late in the day and said he was not going to make it. We said it was okay, but to get us later. He told us he was going on vacation the next week so he would pass it on to someone else, but I don't think Thomas did that.
Description of Work: We have an alarm system and we use Peak Alarms Technical Service.
