We first learned about Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaners from Steve while house sitting for our kids. He came to do the carpets since they had been gone for two months. I was there to let him in and he engaged me in a conversation about the process and how it differed from steam cleaning. I watched him work and was amazed at how little moisture got into the carpets! He worked efficiently and was very thorough even going back over a few spots until he was satisfied! When he was done, I asked him a few additional questions and he took extra time answering them. He certainly knows the product and the process that ensures your carpets are completely clean! After the carpets were dry (which wasn’t long), I definitely saw a visible difference in them. I was so impressed that I booked a cleaning at our house asking for Steve. He did an amazing job on our carpets as well (especially with the amount of black dog hair) and we will be using Oxi Fresh from now on!

The person who did the cleaning, I had to keep pointing out the places that he missed and making him go back and redo places where he had missed. It was, he dumped a whole lot of water in my hallway and it was wet for days. It was such a poor job that I hired, I got my friend's husband to come over and redo the floor afterwards. It was awful, I will never use them again.

While the service was prompt my carpets were not clean and did not stay clean as long as I expected. This is not a truck mounted system; they spray the carpet and then mop it up with pads. Areas on the stairs that were heavily soiled were very wet when they left and took days to dry. I should have asked more questions about their "system: of cleaning. I will never use them again.
