The service person called before arrival, and arrived promptly, he diagnosed any problems and serviced the doors in about 30 minutes. They seem to operate more smoothly.

The company did replace the part of the garage door and actually fixed something else I didn't noticed. The slider or track was bent out of shape. They easily corrected that as well.

The operations manager, Bryan Robinson, did a phenomenal job trouble-shooting and repairing all problem areas so the door is operational again. Only took him about 45 minutes as well. Very much appreciated during this frigid and snowing winter we are currently experiencing. He was punctual, skilled and very proficient in accomplishing the fix job. On top of all that, he didn't charge us and simply asked that I call them again in the future. I'm spreading the word because I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism we experienced yesterday.

Fantastic service. The tech let us know that our door is cracked and probably needs replaced within the year. But he went above and beyond and secured the cracked panel so we would have time to save up for the full replacement. Very happy with their service

I purchased Overhead Door's $69 Tune Up special offered to Angie's list customers. They scheduled the service for the day and time I chose. During the tune up, the crew found that the center railing was barely attached to the wall. They fixed the issue at no additional fee! Excellent service and an excellent deal.

I insulated my garage door. Called to have torsion springs adjusted. Was told that could not be done and that I would need new springs. Quoted $49 per spring and $69 for the service call. Called Hanson and they came out and adjusted the springs and did a maintenance service for $69. I saved $100!!!

They were professional, timely and did a great job. We are very happy and will use them again if the need arises.

The serviceman came and checked out my garage door, did a tune up, and fixed something that was wrong with the wiring. He also showed me why the door had gone off track and how I could get it back on track in the future. I had just moved into my house, and I had never had a garage before. I was able to grasp the basics of opening and closing the door with the opener (duh), once I found the opener that is, but no one had left me the pin for the keypad or showed me how to manually open and close the door if necessary. The most helpful thing about the service call was that the repairman taught me how to manually open the door if I had to, and he reset my outside keypad opener so that I can use it.

I submitted a request for service to repair or replace my broken garage door opener via Angie's List on 11/4/15. I was contacted on 11/5/15 with a diagnosis of the problem & the cost for repair. I was thinking the opener was going to need replacing so I was glad to hear that it only needed to be repaired. We set up an appointment for repair on 11/6/15. The repair person called that day, 20 minutes prior to showing up, made the repair in a short amount of time & even reset the garage door remotes to my preferences. All went great! Highly recommend!!

This was a deal through Angie's List. Scheduling was fast and pain free. They came out on the first day I selected and showed up at the appointed time. The service guy, Pat, was very professional and polite I enjoyed talking with him. Pat completed the garage door tune up where they lube all the door rollers and hinges. He also performed the safety reverse check to ensure the garage door reverses if there is an obstruction in the way when the door is closing. I had mentioned to him that I had to adjust the drive chain tension more often than would be normal and he found the drive gear and sprocket bushing in the opener itself to be worn out. He replaced the bushing, gear and sprocket at an additional cost since it was outside the 'tune up' parameters. I also asked Pat to check the tension on the lift springs (big coil springs at the head of the door opening) and he made a small adjustment to it. I think this would have been done as part of the 'tune up'. I was very happy with the workmanship and the price of this service and now I have someone to call if I need service work done on my garage door.

I received an appointment promptly and the service tech was out on time. He greased the mechanism, did a tune-up and gave me a step-by-step explanation of what he did. I would definitely use them again!

Quick, responsive, and professional. What else could I ask for? I even made contact with them via Angie's List on a Sunday and had a return message within hours and a service call was arranged by 830 the next morning for them to come that afternoon. Would definitely use again.

Called yesterday. I asked about a bid to replace spring. The lady on the phone was very friendly and explained this service was a flat fee. They were available today to make the repair. They recommended changing both springs and did so at a reasonable cost.

He did a really good job and came highly rated.

I ordered a garage door tune up because the door was really noisy and sometimes not opening all the way. When he arrived he noticed right away that my gear kit needed replaced. He went ahead and replaced it for me for an additional amount which I found reasonable. He said it was on the verge of breaking so I was lucky I had them come when I did. I'm so glad to have it fixed and working as good as new again. Thank you!

Essy with the Nampa location was very helpful and even located a DEX phone book coupon for us that saved $25. Kevin did the install and was very helpful with opener options and we chose a belt drive. It is much than our old unit. He was on time and very professional. After the sale, I couldn't get the built-in transmitter to work in our Buick. Kevin was again helpful and dropped by a second transmitter to see if another would sync with our vehicle. The second didn't sync either so I called to pay for the second transmitter since I couldn't get the Buick built-in to work. He told me "no charge" and wished us a Merry Christmas. That's what I call excellent service after the sale. Highly recommend the Nampa store for all your garage door needs!

Garage door spring broke this morning, holding both cars captive. Had to pry and lift door, then hold open with pipe to let cars out, Reviewed Angie's List and liked what I read about Overhead Door Co. Contacted them. Said they'd have someone over within about 3 hours or so. ---AND IT WAS DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, NO LESS! Less than hour and half later got call from service tech, saying he'd be over in 15 minutes,....and he was punctual. Very courteous. No hassles. Honored the estimated price, which was a good price. I would definitely use them again.

Quick response time, quick repair, professional service

The technician Mark was very professional in his approach. The garage door was stopping about a two feet from the bottom when it was pushed to go up. He was on time and ready for work. He adjusted the roller framework and lubricated it. By the time he was done, the door opened and closed perfectly. He tested it out and made sure it worked properly. We were very pleased.

As stated above, the service and knowledge of the crew in MOUNTAIN HOME IDAHO is way below par. They estimated that I could get through with the garage door that I have until 2017, but they severly under estimated. Now I am about $400.00 into the company, and my garage door is broken. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE ONLY PLACE IN MOUNTAIN HOME IDAHO!!!!!
