+ -1 moreOverall, as can be the case in any business, there's a disconnect between customer and provider. The disconnect here was expectations vs delivery. The company is good and I'd recommend them to anyone for housecleaning. The fit is personal and each customer needs to decide for himself.
Description of Work: Mom Inc was an OK housecleaning company. My objection was I did not feel I was getting the service to the fee paid. I used its sevrice for several months and finally called it quits. The ladies who cleaned the house were usually very punctual, polite, and good workers. Still we just didn't click. I would say keep them as an option and determine if it's a good fit for your particular circumstance.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt and responsive, but a few things were never done that I continually asked for: scouring the kitchen sink, dusting in the family room, etc. Seemed like just surface cleaning and not the deep cleaning that I wanted done. If we would have continued using them, we probably could have gotten it worked out, because the owner was really responsive and helpful, but we just kept having problems with our schedule so didn't pursue it.

Description of Work: We have 2 dogs and i cat and i 5 year old in 1100 square feet. Not easy to keep this place clean. Mom inc does a great job for us on a monthly basis - they are affordable, friendly and do a great job.
