It went GREAT. I asked first if the piece of furniture was as well made as I thought. He agreed that it was and he gave me several different options. In order to keep the lines of the furniture, he cut the legs. I was afraid that it would look silly, but it did not. He was able to alter the legs such that it looks like they came that way. Perfect!

Looks like new - 2nd visit to this shop - both times they did the work as estimated and in the time frame planned for. Saved a lot of money by going this route instead of a conventional body shop. If your paint isn't damaged, chances are this approach will save you a lot of time and money if you have dents. My car dealer recommended them as well as a body shop I went to.

I had a few dents and dings in my Subaru and after some research I decided to give McDowells a try. I couldn't have asked for any better they removed all of the dents so well I couldn't tell they ever existed two of the three were from before I owned the car and one was right on a body line. They did all three dents in under 4 hours and it I cost right a $400. At a paint and body shop the same work would have been several thousand. These people are top notch, if you have a dent you need remove let these gals and guys give you a free estimate. BTW, when my girlfriend got sick and couldn't take me to pick up the car, they came and got me no questions asked. Top notch service.

It was a bit of work, but it was not complicated to do it ourselves. Good results.

The repair was perfect: the repair was indistinguishable from the rest of the vinyl in color and texture. Am confident it will wear as well as the rest of vinyl, as if no damage was ever done. This was the only place I found in the area willing to even attempt this repair and their price was extremely reasonable. Also they provided me transportation back to my home so I did not have to wait during the repair process.

The repair was on a Subaru Outback -- the fabric was such a close match, you could not tell it was not factory installed! :) This company is very reputable, and every staff member is professional and courteous. How refreshing to deal with a company such as this...especially nowadays! Jeremy took care of us from start to finish...he is tops! We will refer this company to our family and friends...and will not hesitate to use them again for all future repairs!!! Thank you for a job well done! :)

I took the car in for an estimate, which was the price they charged. They repaired the spot which was on two panels, one vinyl and one leather. It is smooth, looks great, and the tearing has been stopped. I left the car there all day and they repaired it in 2 or 3 hours.
