Pratt is very honest and takes care of his customers, and his crew are very talented in what they do.

We had some water damaged hardwood floors from a leaky refrigerator and the Matthews team did an outstanding job repairing it all. After the repair they did a sand and refinish and it looks absolutely amazing. I love my new kitchen/dining room floors!

quick response to inquiry, professional visit, price quoted was what was charged. They moved the furniture (hand made/heavy) out and back in with care. The work on the floors was beautiful and completed as expected. Once dry, the furniture was moved back with care! A year later when a small crack formed, no hesitation, a can do/we can fix and they did! Highly recommend this company to others, fantastic service and high quality work.

With projects, accidents happen sometimes (like a gallon of grey stain falling out of the van onto a tan stamped concrete drive way). What doesn t always happen is a positive solution to the accident. But when an owner takes complete responsibility for the accident, and takes the initiative to find a solution for the problem that works for everyone, that s when you know you ve hired the right company to do your job. I really appreciate that they handled the situation calmly, didn t make excuses or try to hide the problem, didn t take it out on the laborer, and didn t stop working to find a solution until a solution was found. When the owner comes out incests his own time to solve the situation, you know you re in good hands. and Thanks Matthews Hardwood Floors. Service was poor and left the house covered in wood filler dust.
