Matthews Hardwood Floors

I had my hardwood floors refinished. Pratt did a great job. Very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend him.

Pratt and team are awesome. Our floors are Juniper, they hadn't done this type of wood before and Juniper is a 'thirsty' wood. While a slight learning experience, they did a fantastic job. Part of the contract was to move our furniture which is handmade and heavy. They did this perfectly and with great care. Couldn't ask for better service and my floors look brand new! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with their work and ability to help us with moving our larger items of furniture since we were out of town.

Matthews has now completed 2 jobs for me and we are planning a third. When a small problem was noted on one of the jobs, Pratt had someone there in an hour, on a Saturday to remedy the problem.

These guys were on-time, on-budget and had excellent craftsmanship. We even added additional flooring because they had extra material. Couldn t be more pleased with the job.

After talking to Pratt I knew he understood what I needed done and that was re-laid to the guys and it was done the way I wanted it. They did some extra work to make things better in the floor. Great guys. Thank Pratt and the guys.

Pratt was great to work with and overall was happy with how the floors turned out. I gave a three and a half star rating because my husband and I are disappointed how the baseboards look. If we would of understood the processes we would of removed them.

Matthews did a beautiful job on my mid century original floor. They sanded out some ugly large gouges and a large burn mark. Filled cracks and returned the floor to it's original glorious color. I would hire them again in a second. Their crew was knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions about the process as the job progressed.
