They were on time and very professional. The job was completed per estimate and solved our issue. I’d recommend without hesitation.

They were responsive, professional, and got the job done. It was one switch-controlled outlet that was not working, and they problem-solved it quickly (about a half hour from arrival to departure). The price felt steep, but that is why I wait until a last resort to call a professional - electricians are expensive, even for small projects.

Customers should be able to get a guesstimate of the pricing before the technician arrives. I felt committed to the decision based on the fact that they were present in my home. I thought it was a lot of money for how little was required. However, I knew I was paying for a licensed expert to do the job correctly. That is why I called a professional. It was just sticker price shock that has the ratings lower.

Ethan was great! I booked Magic after having gotten water in an outdoor outlet. The fix ended up being really simple, but Ethan went the extra mile to make sure I got great value. He replaced my old outdoor outlet and cover with one that would do a better job of keeping water out. He was very professional and did a great job.

Great customer service! We worked with Danny Diaz for some electrical problems and we couldn't be happier. He was knowledgeable and fast and very pleasant.The costs were very reasonable and we will not hesitate to use this company again.

The installers drill slipped and busted through the other side of my wall. They did get it fixed after a few days and a couple attempts. Accidents happen. Regardless the issue they were still nice and easy to work with. Customer service was great. Would have loved a discount for the issue but not a big deal. I’d still hire them again.

The gentleman explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. It didnt take long to fix the problem. The gentleman was very nice and polite. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
